Detail Elements
Whether you are an Interior Designer, an Architect, a Property Developer, or a Private Client, detail shots can provide additional perspective and interest to any collection of images. Close-ups of design elements, architectural features, furnishing and dressings, will complement the broad room views in a portfolio. In a presentation (website, brochures or PDF for example), these also provide the image ‘jewels’ that can convey so much about a particular room or setting.
Detail close-ups will often employ a ‘shallow depth of field’ to create a sharp focus on the subject but with a blurred background and sometimes foreground.
