External Views - Daytime
Weather plays the biggest factor in being able to capture the perfect external view of a property. A blue-sky day may seem ideal as a backdrop, but bright sunlight can also create unwanted shadows and harsh contrast. An overcast of cloudy day is good for contrast and avoiding shadows but can leave a scene looking dull...
The time of day can therefore make a big difference, and this is what photographers mean by ‘working with the light’ to create the ideal image.
Some views work best from an elevated perspective that is achieved with a telescopic mast (we work with a 50 foot mast) or a drone mounted camera. Others work well from ground level which can often enhance the feeling of scale of a building.
