The Kitchen in many homes is the centre for informally entertaining friends and is often the hub for family interaction. For many it is also a showcase, where a kitchen’s design and layout becomes an essential part of the architecture and presentation of any home.
Capturing beautiful kitchen images is an art and setting the mood is important – some like to see bright presentation while others prefer to see lower exposure levels and soft lighting. Exposing ceiling lighting correctly is also important, especially cove-lights.
A significant part of kitchen photography is preparation. As you will see from the images below, less is more, and some time will usually be spent tidying, decluttering, and adding details as required to set the stage perfectly.
